Our Technology

Our U.S. Patent Pending cryogenic portable freezers use CO2 refrigeration systems that allow you to; freeze or refrigerate, transport, store, and ship your products inexpensively, using just one piece of equipment. Designed to be fully portable our products provide the ability to freeze or refrigerate products anywhere, and the ability ship products using non-refrigerated trucks.

• Digital temperature control (programmable) accurate to within 1 degree C (2 degrees F)
  
  
• 3 years of research and development combined with our proprietary construction techniques have created the most thermally efficient products available
  
  
• Solid CO2 (dry ice) refrigerant is isolated from the product in the specially designed holding bunker and eliminates the risk of burning the product. Temperatures can be customized from 5ºC (40ºF) to as cold as -78ºC (-109ºF)
  
  
• The refrigeration system can be designed to maintain any needed holding duration by increasing the amount of solid refrigerant that the unit is designed to hold. Standard models maintain -78ºC (-109ºF) for 6 days with only one loading
  
  
• Dry ice sublimation rate = 1.29 Lbs / Cubic Foot of cargo space / 24 Hr @ -78ºC (-109ºF) 20.66 Kg / Cubic Meter of cargo space / 24 Hr @ -78ºC (109ºF)
