Industrial Insulators are hired at an average of $45.00 - $65.00 per hour. Our made-to-order kits allow you to perform the work yourself or use inexpensive non-skilled labor.

Our System vs. Bare
This 4’ diameter X 10’ tall hot water storage tank was constantly operated at 180-degrees Fahrenheit and consumed huge quantities of BTU’s (heat energy) per year.
The heat radiating off of this tank made the room where the tank is located nearly unbearable to enter. The installation of our system required one person only 4 hours to complete.
Following installation of our system the tank was barely warm to the touch, and the room cooled rapidly to a comfortable level. The efficiency of the tank heating system was improved more than 95%.
